Account Responsibility

Acceptable Use

User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on WishGiven (wishlists, descriptions, images, messages). By posting content, you grant WishGiven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. WishGiven does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Third-Party Links

Users may post links to external websites (such as product pages). WishGiven is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of linked websites. Purchases made through external links are between you and the third-party retailer.

Claims and Gift Coordination

The claim feature allows users to indicate their intention to purchase an item from someone's wishlist. Please note:

• Claims are for coordination purposes only
• WishGiven does not process payments or facilitate transactions
• Users are responsible for purchasing and delivering claimed items
• WishGiven is not liable for unfulfilled claims or gift-giving disputes
• Claims can be unclaimed if circumstances change

Privacy and Data
