Official Rules

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by WishGiven (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or any other third-party platform.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on April 6, 2026 and ends on May 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered. The winner will be announced on May 3, 2026.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter the Giveaway, complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) item from their WishGiven wishlist with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed Fifty U.S. Dollars ($50.00). The specific item will be selected by the Sponsor from the winner’s wishlist at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the selected item is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about May 3, 2026. The winner will be notified via a comment on the Giveaway post and/or a direct message on Facebook. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor may require the winner to provide a valid shipping address within the United States in order to fulfill the prize.
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless WishGiven, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including without limitation property damage, personal injury, or death) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Giveaway; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any travel or activity related to the receipt of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; (ii) any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) any technical errors or human errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and delivering the prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Void where prohibited by law.
